What is Acxion 30mg Fentermina ?
Acxion 30mg Fenterminais used for the treatment of obesity and weight loss. It contains phentermine, which is an appetite suppressant and central nervous system stimulant medication.
Acxion pills is a medication that is used to help in the short-term treatment of people with:
- Obesity with a BMI greater than 30 kg/m 2 ;
- Overweight is greater than a BMI of 27 kg/m 2 , who present associated risk factors, such as diabetes, dyslipidemia, sleep apnea or osteoarthritis.
This medication should be used together with a balanced, healthy, low-calorie diet, with changes in eating habits, in addition to regular physical activity
Weight-related medical conditions that could make an overweight patient eligible for treatment with Acxion include:
- Type 2 diabetes mellitus
- Hypertension (high blood pressure) that is well controlled with medication
- Hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol levels)
- Sleep apnea (a disorder in which regular breathing is disrupted when you sleep).
Phentermine Forms
- Capsules: The capsules may contain 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, or 30 mg of phentermine. The generally recommended doses of phentermine are between 15 mg and 30 mg per day.
- Tablets: The tablets may contain 6.4 mg, 15 mg and 30 mg of phentermine. Phentermine tablets, depending on the dosage indicated by the doctor, can be one to three times a day, with a maximum of 30 mg per day.
- Extended release tablets: Extended-release tablets contain 30 mg of phentermine, and one tablet should be taken per day as directed by your doctor.

Disintegrating tablets : The disintegrating tablets may contain 15 mg, 30 mg, and 37.5 mg of phentermine. You can take it with or without food. It is recommended to hold the tablet with dry hands and immediately place it on the tongue to dissolve it. Phentermines should never be taken after 7 p.m., to avoid insomnia problems.
Phentermine capsules or tablets should be swallowed with a glass of water 30 to 60 minutes before food.
What is the difference between Acxion AP and Acxion IFA?
The difference between Acxion Ap and Acxion is that “Ap” means long-acting or prolonged release and the effect of the medication lasts longer during the day compared to Axcion, which has a short effect. It is worth mentioning that it is the same compound and comes in the same doses.
Phentermine use is recommended for up to 4 weeks, or intermittently (4 weeks with treatment and 4 weeks without treatment).
